Novel to manhwa
Novel to manhwa, without waiting for an adaptation.
Thousands of great web novels will never get a manhwa. Ravember lets you tell them the manhwa way anyway: scene by scene, in pictures, with the characters looking right from the first chapter to the last.
Why most novels never get a manhwa
A manhwa takes a team of artists months for every season. Only a handful of the most popular novels ever get one, and the rest stay text. For recap creators that means the stories people love most often have nothing to show.
What “novel to manhwa” means with Ravember
Ravember reads each chapter, finds every scene, and writes a picture prompt for it in the style you choose: manhwa, anime or painted. You make the pictures with your own image maker (for example Gemini), and Ravember checks every one that comes back.
The result is an illustrated, manhwa-style telling of the chapter, ready to become a narrated recap video. It is not a printed comic with panels and speech bubbles; it is the story in pictures, scene by scene.
The hard part: characters that stay the same
Characters change through a story: new outfits, disguises, injuries, transformations. Set a look once per chapter and many scenes come out wrong, because looks change in the middle of chapters.
Ravember keeps a look history for every character and gives every picture prompt the look that is true at that exact scene. If a picture shows the wrong face, it tells you.
How it works
- Add the novel. Drop in the novel file or paste chapters.
- Scenes and characters. Ravember finds every scene and tracks each character's look.
- Pictures. Picture prompts for your image maker; every picture checked.
- Voice and subtitles. Free starter voices built in, or your own voice app.
- Export. Motion, transitions, subtitles and a cover, as a finished MP4.
What you need
A Windows 10 or 11 PC, your own free Google Gemini key for the scene writing, and an image maker for the pictures. A graphics card makes the video export faster, but it is not required.
