Refund and cancellation policy

Try it free first
Every Ravember account gets 7 chapters and 7 chapter mappings free, so you can fully test the software before you subscribe to Ravember Pro.
Cancelling
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, on your account page (Cancel subscription).
- When cancelled, Pro access remains active until the end of the paid billing period. After that, your account goes back to the free plan; nothing more is charged.
- Your chapters, pictures and videos stay on your PC whatever your plan.
Refunds
Because Ravember provides a 7-chapter / 7-mapping free trial allowing users to fully test the software before subscribing, payments for subscription periods are non-refundable once billed.
If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after you had cancelled, write to support@ravember.com and we will refund that charge.
Payments
Payments are taken by Razorpay. A refund we agree to goes back to the way you paid, usually within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
